Introduction to Our Support Systems
We care a great deal about the service we provide to you as a customer of ManageMyServices and therefore endeavour to provide as many ways to contact our team as possible while also keeping our processes efficient and ensuring responses are swift and they fully resolve your problem in the shortest time possible.

Management Guide
All dedicated servers leased through ManageMyBox receive free basic management included. To find out exactly what this includes and what you are able to request support for you can use our management guide, click here to access it.

Customer Control Center
The Customer Control Center is the primary point of contact for every department at ManageMyServices. This includes Sales, Customer Services and Support. The system is fully designed and developed in-house by our staff and is currently one of the most advanced management interfaces in the industry. It enables us to see full account history and information summaries at the touch of a button meaning support can be centred fully around you. You can submit support issues and often complete your task before even having to send an issue by using one of the automated systems it contains. If it all possible we advise you to use this system to gain support since it is the fastest, most efficient way for us to solve your queries.


Support e-Mail Addresses
We have a number of contact e-mail addresses should you not be able to gain access to the Control Center for any reason. These e-mail addresses will actually feed your e-mail directly into the Control Center for fastest response and if possible link the e-mail to your Control Center account. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail if we do not recognise the e-mail address in order for our systems to filter out SPAM and provide the most efficient support experience possible, please follow the confirmation link if you are sent one or the e-mail will not get through our security filters.

  • Support@ManageMyServices.com - For any technical questions just contact our support team and they will be able to assist you. They can assist with both hosting account and dedicated server problems and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support you.
     
  • Customers@ManageMyServices.com - Customer Services act as both billing and sales support. They know complete product information and can help with any query regarding a current package you have with us, what can be upgraded and the costs involved, changes in billing details or payment methods as well as give you information before ordering a new package and if required, tailor it to your specific requirements.

Knowledge Base and FAQS
Customer Control contains a wide range of FAQS and tutorials to help assist you when you have a problem that could very likely be a simple fix. As we receive support issues many of them are then added to our knowledge base to make sure if the same issue occurs again you won't have to ask us, you can simply search for the problem and find the answer quickly and efficiently! These FAQS are available to anyone who has a ManageMyServices Customer Control Center account and you can get one of these free by clicking here!

Suggested Support Resources
Before getting in touch with our support department we recommend the following resources for solutions to both simple and complex problems.

  • If you have a PLESK server the PLESK Forums at http://forum.plesk.com/ are an excellent source of answers to PLESK problems, as is the PLESK Knowledge Base.
     
  • For DirectAdmin Control panel Help check http://www.site-helper.com since it provides in-depth tutorials on all aspects of the Control Panel as well as other hosting related items such as DNS management.
     
  • If you have a cPanel server you can visit the cPanel Forums at http://forums.cpanel.net which answers just about any problem you could possibly have with cPanel.

Instant Messaging
If needed we will meet with you on an instant messaging service of your choice. Since our Support and Customer Services departments are often very busy we do not give out public screen names however if you either e-mail us or open an issue we will arrange a time to meet you on a service of your choice and talk to you. We log all conversations for our security as well as yours and we are open to talking about issues from any department.

Issue Escalation
Are you not receiving the service you expected for any reason? Our management are always ready to help escalate an issue and make sure it is being handled in the best possible way. To get an issue escalated just e-mail management@managemyservices.com and if possible, provide a Control Center Issue ID to enable us to quickly evaluate the issue.
